                 "Cemcolift" Hydraulic Residence Elevators

Inclinator Co. of California (ICOC) has installed the residence elevators manufactured by Cemcolift Inc. since 1985 when the product first came on the market. Cemcolift was the first manufacturer to produce a hydraulic elevator specifically for use in a private home, and ICOC was the first company to bring that product to Southern California. Up until that time the winding drum cable elevator was the primary product used for private homes, other than a commercial hydraulic found in a few homes. Cemcolift was a true innovator in the industry and changed the landscape for private home elevators with the introduction of the CMR750 in 1985. The product was built on the basis of a commercial elevator that they had been building for many years, scaled down for use in a private home. The Cemcolift CMR750 had all of the features that for years our customers had been asking for: smoothness, quietness, soft start and soft stop, state of the art microprocessor control, enhanced user friendly features, emergency auto lowering, and the ride and feel of a "real" commercial type elevator. Since 1985 they have continued to improve and innovate the product. Quality and Service have remained their highest priority and we continue to offer this excellent home elevator.
